Sometimes children / youth complete their education but they can’t get Employment for their and family expense. Jagruti Foundation understand about this types problem of parent’s and youth’s .
Jagruti foundation create a team to-whom we called mobilizer. Jagruti does trained to these staff for the work on field in Villages or slums area to motivate parents children’s and youth for the education and skill and benefits of this.

Starting of Mobilization — Jagruti foundation’s mobilizer team make plans to survey. and selecting a area (village or slums) and goes there with the pumplate banner and other counselling material .From where they goes door to door and talk with parents, children and youth and told them benefits of education and Jagruti foundation provide some skilling courses (Tailoring ,general duty Assistant computer, parlor etc.) so mobilizer team describe about this and employment after these courses. After counselling, parents or youth who be ready for the skilling course, Mobilizer team provide our nearest training center address to them, Where children/youth or their parent can visit, And get more detail about that course to whom child want to do.
When parent or youth comes on the training center there present our counselor who completely describe about our all skilling course (Tailoring ,general duty Assistant computer, parlor etc.).
completely Satisfaction of youth, child or their parent, If they want to join any skilling courses (Tailoring , General Duty Assistant , Computer, Parlor etc.).Our back-office team get admission into their selected course .in the admission candidate provide their document( Adharcard, Rashancard , Voter Id card Educational Certificates and photo grapes)
After Admission, child/youth start their classes(theory & practical ),by the brilient teacher. In the class time, Jagruti foundation arrange many soft skill activity program to Improve commination skill personality development of student’s, And time to time Jagruti foundation Arrange exam for the checking student’s knowledge of their course, After complete course jagruti foundation provide employment to that student who is eligible for that.
